At MAROE, every piece is created with intention and care. We hope She finds Her forever piece with ease, but if You need to request a return or exchange, kindly note the following guidelines:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving Your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Video proof of the unboxing (showing package condition and product) is required to process any return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene and care, accessories, sale items, or items purchased with special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at shopmaroe@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +62 878-2820-2088 within 7 days of receiving Your order.
  2. Share the unboxing video along with Your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to MAROE in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.
  • Direct refunds are only available in the case of faulty or incorrect items, and will not exceed the amount originally paid.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Notes

  • MAROE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • We encourage You to review sizing and details carefully before purchase, as each MAROE piece is designed to be a thoughtful addition to Your wardrobe.
