At MAROE, every piece is created with intention and care. We hope She finds Her forever piece with ease, but if You need to request a return or exchange, kindly note the following guidelines:
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving Your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Video proof of the unboxing (showing package condition and product) is required to process any return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and care, accessories, sale items, or items purchased with special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process
- Contact our Customer Care team at shopmaroe@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +62 878-2820-2088 within 7 days of receiving Your order.
- Share the unboxing video along with Your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back to MAROE in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.
- Direct refunds are only available in the case of faulty or incorrect items, and will not exceed the amount originally paid.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- MAROE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- We encourage You to review sizing and details carefully before purchase, as each MAROE piece is designed to be a thoughtful addition to Your wardrobe.
